Multi Service Fuel Card Privacy Policy

Multi Service Fuel Card (“Company”) values each of the customers and partners that have made our business what it is today. Your information, privacy and your trust is of the utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes the choices you have regarding your information.

This Policy applies to our mobile application (“App”), and our web site (“Site”), as well as all company-related web-based platforms: web sites, networks, embeddable widgets, downloadable software, information collected from your interactions with sales and service representatives via offline (e.g. tradeshows) or online (e.g. social) communication channels, heretofore referred to as the “Services”. It does not apply to third-party services that may link to the Services or be linked to from the Services. This Policy applies to individuals and businesses located in the United States and Canada who use our Services.

1. Notice at Collection of Personal Information (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

      When you use our websites or mobile apps, we may automatically record certain information from your device by using various types of technology. We automatically collect:
      • Device information (browser type, OS, device identifiers)
      • IP address and general location
      • Usage data (pages viewed, app screens, clicks, navigation patterns)
      • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
      • Mobile device data (app version, crash logs, performance metrics)
    3. Information from Third Parties
      We may also receive information from financial institutions, payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud-prevention and sanctions-screening partners, commercial data providers, integrated services (telematics, accounting tools, dispatch systems, etc.)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to operate our business, deliver our Services, and keep your account secure. This includes creating and managing your account, processing transactions and payment, delivering customer support and developing new features and improving performance.  We also leverage behavioral analytics and cookies to understand usage trends and improve performance across our digital Services. Your personal information may be used to send important account alerts such as billing statements, reporting and suspicious activity on your account. We may also periodically send you information about new features, promotions or products available. You may opt-out of promotional messages at any time.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information with trusted service provides assisting us with identity verification, credit and risk management, fraud prevention, hosting or maintaining our systems, or other support functions in order to provide financing or credit-related services, support customer integrations and comply with legal, regulatory and safety requirements. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for our purposes.

A. Business Transfers

If we undergo a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

B. With Your Consent

We may share information for any purpose you explicitly authorize.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including requesting a copy of the personal information we hold about you, requesting corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information, requesting deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by California law. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide required opt-out mechanisms.

Our Services are not directed to children under 18.

If we make material changes, we may notify you through email, in-app notifications, prominent notices. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version.
